Monday, March 8th...
Two antennas meet on a roof.
They date, fall in love, and get married.
The wedding was ok, but the reception was amazing.
YAY! That is my blog for the day! Have a dumb joke? Post it on my
Facebook!
Monday, March 1st...
It's MARCH! That seems kinda crazy to me. The last two months have gone fast. HOPEFULLY this means we are DONE with winter! I was able to take my dogs on a few long walks over the weekend, they have had cabin fever!
The Oscar's are coming up this weekend, and I am not ready. I have only seen a handful of the movies nominated. MAYBE I can catch up this week!
One last thing...
Do you have a friend that acts different depending on who they are with? Perhaps acts like a snot around certain people?! I may try to bring this up this afternoon! If you have a friend like that, comment on my FB and/or call in this afternoon!
Thursday, February 18th..
I woke up this morning feeling crazy creative. I LOVE DAYS LIKE THIS! Among the things I am feeling creative about, BEING ON TV! A TV station in town changed things around, and moved their evening anchor to the morning show. I thought, "NOW THAT WOULD BE FUN! I should be the 10pm anchor!" Wouldn't that be kinda cool? I have NO experience. I have, however, been on TV...ONCE. It was for a charity event. I emailed them saying, "If you would like to do something creative, consider me for the position." GREAT idea, right?! I am willing to be I don't hear anything back.

Did you have a good Valentine's Day?! Mine turned out perfect, although it didn't go according to plan. My fiance and I have never been to
The Melting Pot, so we made reservations for VDay. We were both very excited for our new experience. We had a 3:45 reservation, so we were out of the door around 2:30 to head to Omaha. This is where the FUN started. We got to Waverly to get on the interstate. ONE PROBLEM. The interstate was shutdown. We were unaware! :( We stayed on Highway 6 for a while. Traffic was so bad that Los Angeles would have blushed. We decided we weren't going to make our reservation at that pace, so we flipped around and tried to take a small country road into Omaha. BAD IDEA! We were essentially lost, and visability was basically...ZERO feet much of the way. I made the executive decision that we were turning around and returning back to ole' Lincoln. We were quite bummed, and figured we were SOL as far as dinner went. However, we were able to get a reservation the first phone call we made!!! We ended up eating at
JTK. If you haven't been there, I def think you should check it out!!! After dinner we went to
"Valentine's Day", I am a sucker for chick flicks! Pretty good movie. Go see it! We wrapped up our date at
Cold Stone, always yummmmy!
